Delicious food!
As we arrived on a bustling Sunday at 11:30 am, the restaurant’s popularity was evident. Fortunately, we were seated within about 10 minutes despite the crowd, and we used the wait time to place our orders. The only drawback was that the food took approximately 15-20 minutes to arrive, which was understandable due to the high number of diners. The reason for its popularity became evident when we saw a long line of people waiting outside at the same time. The affordable prices undoubtedly played a significant role in attracting a large crowd. Despite the throng of people, the menu offered generous portions, leaving us fully satisfied with plenty of leftovers to take home. Given the excellent value, delicious food, and the overall enjoyable experience, I am enthusiastic about returning to this restaurant. Just a tip, I might plan to arrive a bit earlier next time to avoid the peak crowd hours. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy good food without emptying your wallet.

Amazing Food & Experience
I visited around 10 am on a Thursday morning, and there was no wait. I’ve heard that there can be long waits here, especially on weekends! We ordered the #7 (banh cuon with egg) and the bun bo hue (large size, only 50 cents more than the small size). Both dishes were incredibly tasty! The banh cuon had a generous filling, and I particularly enjoyed the egg in it. The sweet potato cluster is always a favorite of mine, and I appreciated that this place didn’t make it excessively oily. However, the star of the show for me was the bun bo hue. It was generously topped with onions and various types of meats. They provided sate sauce on the table, and when added to the bowl, it was perfection. This might be one of my favorite bowls of bun bo in the area. What made my visit even better was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly kind and served everyone with a smile. The person taking my order inquired if we were sharing and brought out extra bowls and plates for sharing. They also served complimentary iced chrysanthemum tea, which was light, slightly sweet, and incredibly refreshing. Their banh cuon is delectable, with thin, soft rice rolls and a perfect amount of juicy, flavorful pork filling. They also provide a generous amount of fish sauce in a mason jar, along with a smaller bowl for dipping or the option to pour it directly over the dish. Don’t forget to add some fresh crushed chilis!

Excellent Cuisine
Exceptional banh cuon (steamed rice rolls) and outstanding service! The staff is friendly and always attentive to our needs. I appreciate that they offer complimentary iced chrysanthemum tea for dine-in customers – it’s light, slightly sweet, and refreshingly delightful. Their banh cuon is simply delicious, and the portions are quite generous. I’m a fan of both #7 (egg steamed rice rolls with pork) and #13 (steamed rice rolls with pork). The rice rolls are delicate and thin, with a perfect amount of juicy and flavorful pork filling. They also provide a substantial serving of fish sauce in a mason jar. You can use a smaller bowl for dipping or pour the fish sauce directly over the rolls. Don’t forget to add some fresh crushed chilis!

DELICIOUS
There was a short wait, but we were seated promptly, and our food arrived quickly too. We ordered the house special, shrimp and pork rice rolls, and shrimp spring rolls. The only difference between the plates was that the house special included plain rice rolls as well. I appreciated that the plates came with a variety of other appetizers like ham, veggies, and an egg roll. The food was fresh and delicious. They also provided fish sauce on the side, and there was some herbal tea (my boyfriend thinks it was artichoke water, but either way, it was good).

Great Experience
I have a little secret to share, and I have to admit that I haven’t tried many Vietnamese dishes beyond pho, bun bo hue, spring rolls, and a handful of others that I’ve only had a few times. Ordering banh cuon was a first for me, and I had to double-check with my friends to ensure I was eating it correctly – LOL. Anyhow, I ordered the banh cuon trung thit nuong, and my friends went for the bun bo hue. The food was simply divine. The bun bo hue broth was hearty and awakened my senses.
